This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information about you when you use the Service.

By accessing or using Racqle, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Without your consent, streamed data is not stored, analyzed, or used in any way.

  • Match analytics: ball-tracking data, player movement patterns, shot detection, and performance metrics derived from your consented sessions via computer vision processing.

  • Highlights: automatically generated video clips from your match sessions.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication providers: if you sign in via a third-party service (e.g., Apple, Google), we receive basic profile information permitted by that service.

  • Partner facilities: court operators and tournament organizers may share booking and participation data with us in connection with the Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable under Thai law (Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 — PDPA) and other relevant frameworks, we process your personal data on the following bases:

  • Contractual necessity: to deliver the Service you have requested.

  • Legitimate interests: to improve our platform, prevent fraud, and ensure security.

  • Consent: for video recording sessions and for optional features such as marketing communications or sharing of match highlights beyond your account. You may withdraw consent at any time.

  • Legal obligation: where required by applicable law.

5. Video Data and Biometric Considerations

Our cameras stream court footage from partner facilities during operating hours, but we process or retain this data only upon your explicit consent or recording request. Footage from consented sessions may include images of your face and body during play. We use this footage solely to generate sports analytics and highlights. We do not build biometric identity profiles or use facial recognition to identify individuals without explicit consent.

If you are a guest or bystander captured incidentally on court footage, and wish to request removal, please contact us using the details in Section 11.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), authentication providers, and analytics tools acting as data processors on our behalf, bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

  • Partner facilities: court operators and tournament organizers receive only the data necessary to manage your bookings and session access.

  • Legal authorities: where required by court order, law enforcement request, or applicable Thai law.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. Video footage is retained for no more than 30 days by default, after which it is automatically deleted unless you have saved highlights or opted into extended storage. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).

Anonymized or aggregated analytics data derived from footage may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
